K&D House

We are a couple with children who wish you warm welcome in Novi Sad and K&D house. We are renting house next to our, in quiet neighborhood of Novi Sad. We wish you a pleasant stay, the house is 80m2 large and suitable for five guests (couples, solo adventurers, families or big group). K&D house has A/C, free wi-fi and parking, two bedrooms, equipped kitchen and bathroom with hot water and washer. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. We are looking forward to upward meeting you.

Ubytování Belidom se nachází v lázeňské oblasti Gamzigradska Banja na okraji borovicového lesa, což zaručuje klid a ticho. Díky skvělé poloze je snadno dostupné z obou směrů – od Zaječaru i z Bělehradu. Centrum Zaječaru je vzdálené 10–12 minut jízdy, bulharská hranice Vrška Čuka 20 km. Ideální pro odpočinek po cestě. K dispozici je Wi-Fi, TV, vybavená kuchyň, Nespresso kávovar a sprcha. Pouhých 400 m od domu se nachází obchod se smíšeným zbožím – vše potřebné budete mít po ruce.

NOTE: During Exit music festival (July 10-14. 2025.) potential guests have to book all four days in a row. Newly renovated apartment near the center, equipped with everything for your pleasant stay. Parking is also included free of charge. The apartment is close to public transport, city center, good for travelers interested in nightlife as well as family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and friends.

Brick Apartment se nalazi na 5 minuta hoda od gradskog trga Bajina Bašta, u neposrednoj blizini autobuske stanice. Posedujemo dva apartmana (sa 7. ležaja) jedan sa 4 kreveta i jedan sa 3 kreveta. Brick apartment ima veliko dvorište, bazen sa grejanjem i slanom vodom, wi-fi u celom kompleksu, 3 bicikle, roštilj, espresso aparat i letnjikovac. Idealno je za dve porodice ili prijatelje koji traže odmor u prelepoj Bajinoj Bašti. Nalazimo se na 1 km od čvene Kućica na Drini.

Wonderful floating holiday house for quite and private time directly above the clear water of the lake Perućac, famous for its green since placed on the territory of national park Tara. The house is placed on the floated (but anchored to the bank) terrace 8x8m, which has steps to enter the water directly. To reach the platform from the bank, a small boat is used.
