La urbanización se encuentra rodeada de naturaleza y un rio cerca, pero con todas las comodidades de de la ciudad y la playa a sólo 10 minutos en coche. También disponemos de 3 piscinas exteriores y 1 piscina interior climatizada (abiertas según temporada) jacuzzi, sauna, pista squash, tenis, padel, gimnasio. Ideal para 4.

Penthouse located just 15 min away from the center of Marbella and 12 min to Puerto Banus. The apart is spacious and has alot of outdoor space. On entry level there is a large living room with open kitchen one bedroom and a bathroom . The living rooms gives out on the terrace area one side is set up as an outdoor dining area the other sede as a lounge area. Downstairs there are 2 more bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). The rooftop terrace is for sunbathing with bar area and outdoor shower.

This house is a little gem because it still has the traditional charm of Andalucia. The living room has a stove where you can light a fire during the winter. The kitchen is small but you‘ll find everything you need to prepare a nice meal. There is one bedroom with a double-bed and another room with a sofa that can be turned into a double-bed as well. The small bathroom has a shower and outside you‘ll find a beautiful terrace where you can sit and relax. To El Gastor it takes 10min by car.

With 12ha of land, in which we work with permaculture concepts, we have a vineyard, olive, carob, almond or fig trees among other fruit trees. “La Buganvilla”民宅

Alojamiento excelentemente bien situado, junto a la plaza principal y la Iglesia Mayor. En pleno centro del pueblo, rodeado de establecimientos de restauración donde poder comer o tomar una copa. Cuenta con una espaciosa terraza en la que poder relajarse disfrutando de maravillosas vistas del lago y la sierra. El salón, con cocina integrada, tiene mucha luz ya que cuenta con una gran cristalera que comunica con la terraza.

Distribuida en dos plantas, dispone en planta baja de un amplio salón con chimenea, una cocina tipo americana, totalmente equipada, un baño completo y un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. En planta alta cuenta con dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales cada uno. En la zona exterior dispone de una piscina privada, dos barbacoas (una de carbón, y otra de gas y piedra volcánica), merendero y árboles frutales.
