The apartment's greatest feature is the spectacular, uninterrupted lake view. Because of the remote location, housekeeping staff must travel from Sevan City, making cleaning and maintenance more difficult and expensive than in urban areas.

Apartment in Cascade - open-air museum. Newly renovated. With 3 rooms and a nice small balcony overlooking Cascade. There is also a security of Russian museum on the ground floor of the entrance. We can provide a breakfast (not hot and at additional price) at the request. There is also a nice restaurant right at the entrance of the building, and there are also many other restaurants and cafes in the area (very close, all a couple mins of walk) where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
