Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from every room. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Ebbsfleet & Meopham are a driving distance away so St Pancras and Victoria can be reached in 17 - 35 minutes. The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.

Borough Green is a mile away with direct trains to London in 35 - 45 mins. The village is surrounded by unspoilt countryside and amazing walks. Free on street parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. Self contained lodge in the rural Kent countryside. Comfortable open plan lounge with newly fitted kitchen and a separate utility room. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 full size double, 1 single) as well as a shower room with WC. Outside offers a private terrace with table, chairs and a small garden for sole use of guests. Secure parking for two cars. Playground is available for use in the main shared garden For monthly stays we offer one complimentary cleaning service.

It has lots of local amenities to explore and is only 15 minutes drive from Leeds castle and a 15 minute drive to the train station which will take you directly into London. The exposed oak beamed barn is situated next to a traditional oast house, perfect for romantic getaways and people who want to escape the fast pace of everyday life.
