Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and with short cut to train station less. The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

The Oast House is on a private Tudor Estate. A listed mid-Victorian property has charming period features, a large garden and storage. It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

The property is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, down a private gated drive with an EV charger. Double bed, office area, en suite shower room and a quiet outside sitting area. No smoking, peaceful and centrally-located place.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
