This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. Forget your worries in this newly renovated, spacious and serene space. This gorgeous unit is just a short walk from the golden sands of Agnes Water beach, the northern most surfing hot spot along the East Coast. This unit is equipped with a king-sized bed, TV, free Wifi, kitchen, microwave, air conditioning and a walk-in shower. There is a car park space available onsite. The unit is located in Sandcastles resort which has a restaurant, Drift & Wood, and a pool is available for guest use.

While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

High up on the peak of 1770, sits this gorgeous beach paradise! As the sun sets in the west, 1770 is one of the only destinations on the East Coast where the sun sets over water. The name "Garreembee" is interpreted by the Noongar people as 'sunset', and locally the Gooreng Gooreng traditional owners, it closely resembles "Garrabee" meaning 'crocodile', a representation of the headland
