A well outfitted home away from home! A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourselves and your guests. Close to historic downtown Annapolis, the US Naval Academy, St. John's College and MD Statehouse are less than 10 minutes away There are king and queen beds in the rooms, and the 3rd bed is a comfortable pullout couch in the living room. All linens are Egyptian cotton and the beds have real down duvets. Additional cot beds and linens (up to 4) can be provided ($20 each)

You will enjoy 65, 42, and 32-inch smart TV's throughout the home. In addition, a private upstairs main suite with King size bed, sofa seating area, and workstation.

This is for a 1 bedroom guest suite (basement) with a private separate entry to our lovely home. One queen bed and one queen sofa bed. We are 12 min to the Baltimore Airport, 13 min to Ft. Meade, 23 min to the inner harbor, 25 min to Annapolis, and 50 min to DC—last house on a safe and quiet street. 4 GUESTS Maximum overnight. No SMOKING in or on the property grounds please. Two-room guest suite with private entrance located in picturesque Catonsville, MD on a pre-Colonial road originally used for rolling tobacco to the harbor. Downtown Baltimore is 20 minutes away, BWI airport and Amtrak station 15 minutes, and our street is located on a bus route. Beautiful 3.5 mile walk to historic Ellicott City and an hour from Washington, D.C. Individuals and families with children are welcome, but the Airbnb member renting the property must be over the age of 25.

Inside, you’ll find 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk, 1 kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso/pour over, 2 TVs, a laundry room, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor (separated by stairs and a locked door; separate entrances).
