Enjoy your stay in this cozy, newly remodeled Tudor home in a historic and architecturally eclectic neighborhood in Catonsville, MD! You’ll be close to everything but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip. The home features Four bedrooms, two full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, a full basement, and 18ft ceilings on the main level. You will enjoy 65, 42, and 32-inch smart TV's throughout the home. In addition, a private upstairs main suite with King size bed, sofa seating area, and workstation.

PRIME LOCATION! This home offers 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths with a spacious bonus room for all your family entertaining. You will love the open floor plan with cathedral ceilings with a beautiful stone fireplace. The Master bedroom with jacuzzi tub. Surround sound music system. Desk with computer. Separate pool house with kitchen and bathroom great for entertaining. Outside features includes a Concrete saltwater pool (not heated) with huge fenced in backyard and KOI pond. Porches back and front.

This house is a fully renovated 1920’s single family home with high ceilings, gorgeous natural light, and original hardwood floors. Decorated with style and comfort in mind, you will find it has everything to suit your travel needs while still feeling homey. With a covered patio perfect for relaxing and a backyard for your pets, kids, or entertaining, you have everything you need for a wonderful stay!

2 BR/1.5 Bath Basement, Private Entrance & Parking

Entire basement only not the entire house. A basement apartment recently renovated with 2 bedrooms, luxurious full bathroom, powder room, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry in the unit, private entrance, private parking (max 2 cars). Host lives upstairs with 1 dog (labradoodle). Everything in the basement is not shared with the host. Pets allowed with $75/trip fee, no fee for service dogs (Note: emotional support animals are pets) 0.5 mile from I-95, 20 minutes from BWI airport.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

Welcome to our oasis, tucked away on a forested residential street. ~7 minutes from the Annapolis Towne Centre, ~15m from the coast, and ~30m from Baltimore and DC. Tl;dr: This is a ground-level guest suite. Inside, you’ll find 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk, 1 kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso/pour over, 2 TVs, a laundry room, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor (separated by stairs and a locked door; separate entrances).
