Nestled on 6.6 acres of wooded privacy on Douglas Lake, Cozy Cove is a perfect place to relax as you view the Smoky Mountains from a spacious, wrap around deck. Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. Bring all your water toys and dock your boat or swim in the cove using our pontoon as point of access to lake. Gourmet kitchen and large outdoor flat top grill make cooking fun. Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Our home offers kayaks for your use, or you can rent a pontoon at the nearby marina. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. We allow ONE pet with the prepaid pet fee but ask you clean up after them, crate when unattended, & follow TN leash laws.
