Dollywood is 35-40 mins away. There is an outdoor shared community area with Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Water Fall Feature, Fire Pit, and Large Game Room (In detached building)!

It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is only 2.

We are an easy walk to downtown GB, but tucked away amongst trees, with regular bear sightings right outside the front door. Our home is more suitable for couples looking for a romantic getaway or families with older children looking for a convenient, walkable location.
