Dispone de una acogedora habitación, salón muy luminoso con terrazas con vistas a la Giralda y cocina completamente equipada. Con WiFi y A/C. En su diseño se mezcla el valor de la casa tradicional sevillana, el confort y la decoración sencilla contemporánea con mobiliario totalmente nuevo y funcional. Como complemento final el apartamento dispone de una pequeña terraza con vistas a la Giralda, para disfrutar de los días soleados y las fantásticas noches de nuestra ciudad. Dispone de un acogedor dormitorio con una confortable cama doble de gran tamaño, cuarto de baño, un salón-comedor a modo de loft con un sofá cama doble y una mesa de comedor, además de una cocina completamente equipada con: nevera, microondas, todo tipo de pequeño electrodoméstico, cafetera "Dolce Gusto", hervidor de agua, tostadora, y un completo de menaje. Armario de limpieza completo, plancha y tabla de planchar. El apartamento dispone de WiFi de alta velocidad, climatización (frío/calor) de gran calidad y silenciosa, televisor Smart-TV, disponiendo también de radiadores, a su disposición como complemento para el invierno. El apartamento se entrega con juegos de toallas, sábanas, secador de pelo y amenidades para todos sus inquilinos y completamente preparado para su uso. Si te quedas más tiempo puedes organizar el servicio de habitación (30 euros, incluye limpieza y cambio de ropa). Sujeto a disponibilidad, podemos ofrecer de manera totalmente gratuita un late Check-Out. Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago.
