Entire 3-Level House on the Banks of the Guadalquivir River

Due to the Covin-19, we’re taking extra care to disinfect the house between reservations. We have a private entrance to the house. In order to follow the social distance rules and avoid person to person contact we offer self check-in system. Sit down to a complimentary breakfast on the first morning staying in this fully refurbished property. Later, read a book in the hammock on 1 of the tranquil terraces. It also benefits from plenty of natural sunlight and fine exposed stonework. Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors. On the first floor we have: -Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1.50m x 1.90m) -Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family/friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home. -Bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor we have: -Two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs. Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m). -Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower. -Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products. From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city. Please note the outdoor cushions are only for non winter use due to the slight possibility of rain and the humidity caused by temperature change from day to night. We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville. Guests will have access and exclusive use of the whole house and terraces. Free wifi. In the price is included everything you need to make a lovely breakfast, coffee, milk, bread, jam, butter and some fresh fruit. Even though I am originally from Seville and I am passionate about my city, I moved to Madrid in 2005 from where I am managing bookings. When you book our apartment we will keep in touch by phone, email, text messages or whatsapp While we try to be flexible for your check-in and check-out time, check-in does need some advance co-ordination as we need for someone to be there to welcome you when you get to the apartment. I do go very often to Seville, so I may be the one to welcome you to the house, if not we have a great team of assistants to meet you at the house door. We are always happy to help our guests with any enquiries about Seville and will make our best to make a very pleasant and welcome stay. La situacion del apartamento es privilegiada dando un paseo podra acceder a todos los monumentos destacados de Sevilla como la Catedral ,Barrio de Santa Cruz,Alcazar.Y en el mismo barrio podra disfrutar de sus museos de ceramica ,del famoso Mercado de Triana ,iglesias y no podemos olvidarnos de las salas de flamenco y los magnificos bares y restaurantes donde degustar nuestra amplia oferta culinaria que va desde la cocina mas tradicional hasta la cocina mas vanguardista. El apartamento esta situado en una antigua casa de vecinos,recientemente rehabilitada ,pero donde no se ha perdido la esencia del edificio.Consta de un patio central que da acceso al ascensor donde se ubica el apartamento y su magnifica terraza donde podra descansar despues de sus visitas. Como viajeros que somos estariamos encantados en ayudarles para cualquier recomendacion y descubrirles nuestra ciudad. Triana, cuna de artistas, toreros y visitantes seducidos por su legado marinero, sus vistas al río , su mercado de abastos y su multitud de opciones de restauración. Triana, el barrio perfecto para embeber el espíritu sevillano más auténtico. Si su llegada es a través del aeropuerto de Sevilla podrá llegar en taxi o bus EA(servicio aeropuerto).El bus lo dejara en la Plaza de Armas y llegara andando en unos 10 minutos. Si su llegada es a través de la Estación de Santa Justa igualmente podrá llegar en taxi o cogiendo la linea 21.

Flat located in the city’s historical center, on the first floor in 20th century building with a little interior patio, decorated with beautiful “azulejos”. No lift, but few and comfortable staircases. Little but cozy one bedroom apartment, with a fully furnished kitchen-dining area, a living-room area with a sofa bed and one bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed. There is also a washing machine, air-conditioning/heating and WiFi.
