Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago. NICE APARTMENT WITH A TERRACE IN THE CENTRE OF SEVILLE, VERY NEAR ALAMEDA DE HERCULES, AND STREET FAIR. Beautiful apartment, situated in the heart of old town and very well connected. The apartment has two floors, at the bottom we have an open floor with lounge area and sleeping area. The lounge consists of sofa bed for two people. The bedroom has two beds individuales.en this same floor there is also the kitchen and bathroom.On the top floor we find a beautiful terrace with stunning views. The environment near the apartment is in a lively district, where the food market located at the gates of the same is an experience that you can enjoy from the first moment. A few meters will also find a multitude of bars and restaurants where to enjoy the gastronomy of Seville, both traditional as well as the most current. I can describe my apartment as a cozy, comfortable, Nice, quiet accommodation and it will make you enjoy, both its facilities and the environment in which is located.

Apartament in "La Campana" city centre of Seville Esta ubicado en pleno centro de Sevilla, al lado de La Campana, la calle Sierpes y la Plaza del Duque. El apartamento está ubicado en la parte interna del edificio, por lo que es muy silencioso. Ventaja de estar en pleno centro sin el inconveniente del ruido. Aunque está en la parte interna del edificio, el apartamento es muy luminoso ya que las ventanas del salon y del dormitorio dan a la terraza y ésta a su vez al patio de luz del edificio.
