Air mattresses, cot, PackNPlay for added guests. Large back yard. Patio with table & seating. Books, games, smart TV, washer/dryer. HVAC w/allergy/virus filter. Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. House is apprx. 100 yo, clean & cared for with a few nicks, cracks & creaks for authenticity!

There is a non-conforming bedroom with two twin beds which we place on the guest discretion to use. You will have your own full kitchen & bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Seward, NE, near Concordia Univ & only 25 minutes from downtown Lincoln - Memorial Stadium, etc. We have lots of space for you.

It was built in the 1900's and once housed farm animals, but in 2006 it was fully restored into a unique retail store, brimming with gifts for all occasions. It's most recent renovation, in 2018, was the addition of a vintage inspired soaking tub and comfy queen bed in the Loft of the barn to host guest who want to enjoy a unique lodging experience . It is equipped with a 1/2 bath and full kitchen.

We live on the property and will share front yard/driveway space. Your dogs are welcome on a leash. Ours will be as well.

The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
