Less than a 10 minute walk to the start of Morzine's great array of shops, bars & restaurants and just 5 minutes to the nearest ski bus stop, the apartments location ensures you sleep peacefully at night but are still able to access everything relatively quickly.

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.
