Our modern apartment is located within a 1km radius from the beach & is just 0.5kms away from the Marine Walk Shopping Centre, that features all of the necessary amenities & boasts some of Durbans top quality restaurants. Take this time to breathe, reflect & relax in comfort, while soaking in the panoramic views of our tranquil ocean & revel in the wonder of our community’s natural beauty.

Sunbird luxury cottage in idyllic garden

A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Spend the night enjoying Durban’s nightlife, with the best bars and restaurants at your door step. Spacious main bedroom leads out to open balcony. Second bedroom has work station suitable for working from home.

At Maestro's we offer a large suite that is a self - catering unit. There is one entrance from the balcony Fast wifi connection throughout the suite. Secure parking for 1 car. Pet friendly - we love animals! If you bring a dog he / she must be cat - friendly . Small - medium dogs only . We also have dogs but they are not in the guests area . We live on the property We welcome all people from all backgrounds. Perfect for work travellers or families that need a break away.

Oceans Edge is a modern & comfortable 3 bed (6 Sleeper) home with incredible sea views. Perfect for Families! No parties allowed. Stay to relax and unwind and rejuvenate your soul. Vitamin Sea at its best! Sip on cocktails from the large jacuzzi inspired Splash Pool on a hot summers day & watch the dolphins swim past. It is not heated. Whale watching is breathtaking in the winter months 10/15 minutes from Umhlanga/Ballito & King Shaka Airport. Jojo Tanks & Backup Generator for outages!

Cosy garden cottage located in the heart of paradise - Shakas Rock. Salt Rock Main Beach and our popular local coffee shop Salt Café are within walking distance! Several local food spots in the immediate area, fishing, snorkelling & surfing on your doorstep are what make this unit unique. You will share the property with a family of 5, & Gita our German Shorthaired Pointer. King Shaka International Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Several shopping centres are within a 5km radius.

Sanddune Guesthouse, Shakas Rock (Lazy Lobster)

Lazy Lobster is a unit on the ground floor opening onto the sparkling blue pool and garden. A close walk to Thompsons Bay Beach, popular for swimming, fishing and snorkeling. There are shark nets and Lifeguards. High Rock our local fishing spot has benches to enjoy a coffee or sundowner while gazing at the ocean. We are situated between Ballito and Salt Rock with loads of restaurants, places to visit and things to do for the perfect beach holiday. You wont want to leave.

If you're traveling to Durban on business or are a couple looking for a quiet getaway, our private room on suite (no kitchen) has everything you need to make your trip a memorable one. Just a short drive from the highway, you're able to get to the bustling Umhlanga beach front or town business district in no time and once you've finished with your plans for the day, you can return to your room and wind down for the evening with a swim. Please note breakfast is unavailable.
