“Shelly” is our Tiny House in Central Catskills Cute and cozy and just 10 minutes to Phoenicia and Pine Hill and all the great hiking and skiing of the Central Catskills. Part of a 1940s bungalow colony lovingly restored., “Shelly” is one of three cabins which stands next to each other, offering each guest privacy without isolation. My place is good for couples and furry friends (pets). You’ll love my place because of the views and the outdoors space. At 300 sq. ft. shelly gives you cozy comfort

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The cottage is a short drive to Phoenicia, Woodstock, Andes, and Margaretville for shopping, dining, antiquing, skiing and exploring.

12 minutes to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort, 25 min to Windham. 9 min to Phoenicia and 30 min to Woodstock which all have year-round activities and wonderful food options. Nestled in the heart of the Catskills on a street that dead-ends into the Diamond Notch Falls trailhead, the location is gorgeous and centrally located. Take a morning walk to see the neighboring horses at Diamond Notch Trails or in Summer evenings enjoy a frog concert by the equestrian pond.
