The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

A couple of miles up the road are trailheads to Giant Ledge, Panther, Wittenberg and Slide. Phoenicia hamlet is 4 miles away. Woodstock, Belleayre and Hunter are within 1/2 hour.

Catskills Mountain House with a Separate Cottage on a Creek

Beautifully furnished & charming with plenty of outdoor space to play around, have a fire, grill- and beautiful barn. A small stream runs on the edge of the property, perfect to sit beside, and a guest cottage with extra sleeping space (queen, trundle and aerobeds/ bathroom). It's full of unique, hand-crafted and antique furnishing and decor, (fun-fact, former residence of Freakonomics author Stephen Dubner). You'll have free range of the whole place!
