The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

BirchRidge A-Frame: Sauna/Firepit/Hiking/King Bed

Nestled in the Catskills Forest, less than 2 hrs from NYC you'll find Birch Ridge A-frame! This gorgeous 2 bedroom cabin is set on 6 private acres with hiking areas and a seasonal stream. Enjoy the wall of windows that create a magical stay with breathtaking views. This is the perfect place to relax, sit in the barrel sauna, hike through the private forest, roast marshmallows over the fire, and soak up the sounds of nature. A space that’s made for creating memories that will last a lifetime!

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Recharge and unwind in this gorgeous space nestled in the woods. The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This stunning house has been recently renovated and offers total privacy and serenity - sitting on 5 acres at the end of a quiet road. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .
