The newly built cottage is a two level detached suite including a large open concept bedroom, full kitchen, 4 piece bathroom, dedicated laundry space, heat pump (heating and cooling) and Telus TV & Wi-Fi. Your private patio offers a new beachcomber hot tub (4 person), propane firepit, BBQ and eating area overlooking the forest. You are 5 mins from the lake and several hiking trails. We are located 5 minutes from the trans Canada highway and between Shawnigan Lake school and Brentwood College.

With your own detached bathroom and kitchen about 30m from the Cedar Hut, this can be your cozy, heated one room glamping experience. A private spot on our little farm. We are settled on 9.5 acres which you are Welcome to roam. Farm dogs Klaus (Bernese/Aussie) and Pinkie (Dachsi) are friendly and keep busy with roaming the property. Our horses are your neighbors and you will most likely find us in the garden. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your getaway to relax. Two bicycles provided.

A quiet rural setting, but close to everything you need: biking trails, kayaking, paddle-boarding, wineries, golf, tennis, and of course...restaurants and shops. Also close to Shawnigan Lake School, Brentwood College and St. John's Academy. Extensive back lawn area for badminton, bocce ball or croquet...or just hanging out. One queen bed, but also a very comfy leather couch that can be used for a third person, best suited for a teen or adult. The suite is not setup for small children.

Nestled in a peaceful, forested neighbourhood; retreat to a comfortable Queen bed, bathroom with large shower, full kitchen, heated floors, washer/dryer, TV. Enjoy coffee or tea at the live edge maple bar with a view of cedar trees lining your private courtyard. Cozy up by the fireplace, play some board games, read some books. Only 3 min. to the Kinsol Trestle, Shawnigan Lake school, hiking trails, lake.

The room has a double bed with a pull out couch and extra bedding if needed. Brought a bottle of wine? Pop it in the mini fridge! The coffee maker is ready for your peaceful morning. Private entrance with a small area to sit out front. Want to have a fire? No problem. Fire pit is ready to go.

We are located 10 min walk from public beach access and the village featuring picnic tables and boat launch, variety of restaurants and coffee shops, and a local museum. We are also 15 min walk to the international school.

Large deck with outdoor kitchen, dining area, bbq and fire pit. Outdoor shower, full laundry facilities and brand new large dock. Great for groups up to 8, and amazing for families with kids. Beach toys and some water toys as well as life jackets are available for use. Amazing year round accommodation with guaranteed relaxation!

Nestled in the trees, you'll find nothing but peace and tranquility, located a few minutes walk from the famous Kinsol Trestle & the Trans Canada Trail; a haven for hikers, mountain bikers & outdoor enthusiasts. We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.

Located in the beautiful village of Shawnigan Lake, our basement suite of 450 sq. ft. can accommodate up to 4 people. WiFi included, a TV that you can connect to, the apartment has one queen bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. It is equipped with a full kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower (off bedroom). The accommodation is non-smoking. We are just a short stroll from the village centre and the lake, Victoria is 44 km and Mill Bay is 10 km.
