This bright & spacious suite is the lower portion of a two story house situated on the grounds of Shawnigan Resort.Amenities include indoor pool, sandy beach, protected swim area,water slide, wharf for fishing,paddle boarding,kayaking(no boat moorage)tennis,pickle ball,basketball,pitch&putt .This is not a waterfront condo however located directly across from the pool and a short(approx.2 min walk)to beach.Walking distance to Shawnigan Lake school, short drive to Kinsol Trestle & 15 min to Ocean.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Oasis situated on the lake bay, gives you an escape from the everyday! Enjoy the hot tub overlooking the lake, or the wood fire sauna on the floating dock... Come here to get away from it all! The updated 1950s Shawnigan Lake cabin includes a full sized kitchen with a gas stove & BBQ in the outdoor kitchen. Gas fire place to cozy up during colder nights & an outside fire pit for the nights to enjoy the sunsets and lake ambiance. Only thing to do is sit back & relax!

Welcome to your private oceanfront getaway Nestled in a (distanced) private area of our property awaits this 40 foot rustic/industrial style converted bus. Take in the ocean view of the Sooke Basin and the mountains of Washington state across the strait of Juan De Fuca. Enjoy a visit from our dog, Argo, who lives on the property and loves our guests.
