Whether you want to explore the beach or just sit on the deck enjoying the great view. Our Place is the perfect location to holiday and to explore the North West Coast of Tasmania. Just 10 mins from Launceston CBD, opposite Tamar Island Wetlands, this cozy escape is surrounded by native bush, beautiful garden and wildlife, boasting an outdoor spa with a fire pit and cedar sauna—set against breathtaking views. Inside features bespoke handcrafted furnishings and decors, with a focus on solid native timber that exudes warmth and character. Jaclyn studio is a labour of love, filled with natural textures & quality amenities for your relaxation, recreation, and revitalization.

Portsea Cottage

Our light-filled cottage is situated in a quiet street a short stroll to beaches, and local amenities. It is a 15 minute drive to the Devonport airport and a 5 minute drive to the local shopping precinct. Our peaceful cottage has two large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed which can also be configured as twin singles upon request. Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed. Detached from the house is a bungalow which also contains a queen size bed and has its own sitting area and toilet.

The tiny home itself has been built entirely of cedar by local artisans. It has been fitted out with antique and reclaimed furnishings with an emphasis on comfort and laid back luxury. The wood fired hot tub is without doubt the highlight. The claw foot bath, indoor wood fire, outdoor fire pit and friendly native wildlife are close seconds.
