Cosy 2-bed Cottage in the heart of the Peaks.

This sweet & cheerful cottage, which is a small converted barn, lies in the middle of Hulme End's attractive hamlet. It's surrounded by fields & hills & is at the head of the Manifold Valley's walk/cycle track. Opposite is a café & a well-loved, family & dog friendly pub is a two minute walk away. Nearby Hartington is a pretty, well appointed village, & many of the Peak District's most loved attractions and towns, each with their own, individual characteristics, are just a short drive away.

Built in 1849 and located amongst the picturesque farming area of the Peak District, the Rewlach Chapel offers you a peaceful country retreat for couples, families or friends. Inside you are greeted with warming, bright spacious rooms, whilst outside you are blessed with fantastic views and walks direct from the doorstep. With a welcoming country pub less than a mile walk and Hartington village only 3.6 miles away the Chapel is that perfect base for exploring the surrounding Peak District.

This romantic retreat is set in the heart of the picturesque village of Butterton which overlooks the beautiful Manifold Valley in the Peak District. The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. This cosy hideaway is an ideal couples escape featuring a stunning bedroom with vaulted beamed ceiling and luxury features throughout. It has a boutique hotel feel in rural heaven.

The cottage is family friendly offering a fully fitted kitchen, log burning stove and a large freestanding bath. Walking and cycling routes are available on your doorstep and after a long busy day the garden or local pub are just meters away. The village has a range of amenities including a well stocked village store, farm shop, a tea room and two public houses.

Cuckoostone Barn is a stunning property set in the White Peak area of the Peak District. The area is surrounded by nature and the perfect location to sit and watch the wildlife go by, whilst being mesmerised by the uninterrupted views of rolling countryside. Cuckoostone Barn is an excellent base to explore the wonders of the Peak District National Park, with amazing walks and cycle routes on the doorstep, or a place to simply relax and unwind in an idyllic part of the world .

Hawthorne Cottage is a lovely recently refurbished limestone cottage in the glorious Derbyshire Peak District just steps away from Hartington village centre and its 2 friendly pubs, a perfect place for a relaxing break or for the more energetic there’s great walks (dogs welcome!) and cycling trails on the doorstep. We have the great advantage of 2 PARKING SPACES and a lock up for cycles. The terraced gardens afford views over the village and surrounding hills beyond.
