809 Umdloti Resort is a bright open plan top floor apartment right on the beach in the heart of Umdloti. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal while gazing out over the ocean. Being only 9 kilometres from Durban International Airport it is suitable for overnight business stops, romantic breaks and small family getaways.

There is secure parking on the property. There is a Smart TV, a ducted aircon, linen and towels. TV & WiFi are on backup power We are 5 minute drive from the bustling Umhlanga Village and the beach. There are a multitude of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. A perfect spot to relax and get away.

One bedroomed cottage-private beach access.

My cottage is situated on the beach and is close to all amenities. 5 minutes by car to the CBD of Ballito and close to the airport. You’ll love my place because of the direct access onto the beach and I am situated above the famous Thompsons Bay Tidal pool.. My place is good for couples and business travelers. It is not suitable for small children under 5 . We also have a big dog that is very friendly but can occasionally bark. VIP Students over the Rage festival are not allowed.
