This beautifully presented 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet and elevated position, 2 minutes' walk from Hunter's Bar's wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops, and just doors from Endcliffe Park, offering the weekly "Park Run", cafes and playgrounds. The accommodation is a privately accessed self contained studio space in the basement of a family home. The Studio opens onto a south facing garden with mature trees. There is a covered patio space. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and parking is available on street. Nether Edge is a pleasant suburb less than 3 miles from the city centre which has good local cafes, shops and pubs. It is well served by public transport with buses into town and out into the Peak District of Derbyshire.

Beautiful country walks and several pubs on the doorstep, or a short drive to climbing at Stanage, and Bamford edges. For cyclists, Charlesworth’s is close to ‘Le Tour’ routes. Chatsworth House, Buxton, snooker at the Crucible, and the Tramlines Festival are all easily reached. Families, contractors and dogs are very welcome in this light and spacious cottage.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Available for single night stays.

Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.
