Easily Uber or walk to great restaurants in Cooper Young. Situated on a quiet cove with a peaceful backyard, screen porch and a large deck for relaxing after a long day.

Bluff City Bungalow - Cozy 2br in heart of Memphis

Cozy home in the heart of Memphis; or as we like to say, "The epi-center of blues, BBQ, and bad decisions." Bluff City Bungalow is walking distance to the Pink Palace, Green Line, Children's Museum, Liberty Bowl & University of Memphis. It’s a short distance to authentic Memphis food and music in the coolest of neighborhoods, Cooper-Young & Overton Square. Downtown attractions, Pinch District, South Main, Graceland, Sun Studios, Civil Rights Museum, and Beale St. are a quick Uber ride away.

Whispering Oak Secret Hideaway

Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

Birch Cottage: midtown charm & driveway parking

Peaceful guest house with central heat and air, close to everything and no cleaning list! Enjoy driveway parking and complimentary snacks in our comfortable space full of vintage furniture and books. Our historic neighborhood is located blocks from the highway, 7 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from midtown's best restaurants and shops, & 12 minutes from Graceland and the airport. Explore Memphis and rest in our charming cottage! A full size second bed is available by request.

Bluff City Manor A (2bd 1ba, pet-friendly w/fee)

The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, & a futon in the living room. Nicely updated & offers all the amenities of home. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests & register your pet if your bringing it with, there IS A PET FEE. No fenced yard. House is 10-20 minutes to everything, including the Naval Base, Downtown & Wolfchase area. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door for safety purposes. The entire house is cleaned thoroughly after each guest.

No trains or busy street noises just birds singing and crickets chirping. Amazing restaurants and shopping minutes away when you’re ready to explore! The pool is officially open.

The Cottage at Kerrville

A cozy 3 bedroom cottage in the historic community of Kerrville, Tennessee. Situated on 5 acres with plenty of room to roam. Newly renovated, fully furnished. Complete with kitchen, laundry room, and oversized shower with endless hot water. Beds are queen size with new memory foam mattresses and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Covered carport with well-lit exterior. Seven minutes from the Navel Air Station in Millington, and 25 minutes from Downtown Memphis.

Our home is in a safe, friendly, neighborhood in the heart of the city. Harbert House is situated within walking distance to shops and food in Cooper Young + Overton Square, 2 miles from the Memphis Zoo and Overton park, & 3 miles from downtown. Harbert House was built in 1912 and has historic charm.
