Our home is set on a hill on the edge of the small town of Broadway rated recently the safest town in the state of VA. Four mountain ranges are visible from our elevated property; it also borders a farm so you might observe cattle grazing. The Shenandoah Valley offers great gravel, road and MTB trails - and a vast network of hiking trails. Rosemary, a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist, also offers spa services for a wonderfully restorative visit. Welcome to our peaceful space.

Take it easy at a tranquil getaway on Fauquier County's historic Springs Road. Enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset from the deck. Take in the local wineries or some Civil War history. Catch the Gold Cup Races at Great Meadows, or travel to Skyline Drive to hike in the beautiful Blue Ridge. Fresh eggs are available at Whiffletree Farm right down the road. We're 40 minutes from the Metro and all DC has to offer! Full kitchen. Veteran owned. (Sadly, all our beloved goats have passed 🐐 )

Welcome to our cozy Shenandoah Valley hideaway, Suite Clementine, a sunny walk-out basement apartment nestled on a quiet, 5 acre wooded lot with amazing views of the Valley’s quintessential rolling farmland and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Suite Clementine features an open floor plan with living room, kitchenette, bedroom with queen bed and closet, a full bath/shower and laundry room. It provides ample space for a couple with an extra sleeper couch in case you have a third guest joining you.

Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. Beautiful farm location with newly renovated space featuring a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Bedroom/living area with queen bed and twin sofa bed. TV with dish and unlimited internet. Full bath with shower. We cannot accommodate children under the age of four because the space has an open wooden staircase that cannot be blocked off.
