Enjoy sundowners watching the sunset from the balcony in this elevated property built on the slopes of Beeston bump. 4 bedrooms (NB the 2 downstairs are adjoining) fantastic open plan living space with a cosy TV snug to get away or keep children happy while you enjoy adult time around the table. A light and airy space in summer and a warm bolt hole in winter. Wheelchair ramp to front door if needed.

Bracken Hill Lodge in Sheringham, North Norfolk

Brackenhill Lodge is a pretty timber self catering retreat, a little hide away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life situated in Sheringwood, a small hamlet above the North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham. The lodge is set within 4 acres of land with many walks around the lodge with the coast easily is accessible. Sheringham is approximately twenty minutes walking distance from the private gate. The hosts little house is just in front of the lodge. There is a separate path and entrance.

The location is hard to beat - to the left head into the hustle and bustle of the main high street or go right to enjoy a refreshing walk along the seafront. The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a second bathroom (small 4ft 6in/140cm bath with shower over).
