You'll experience the beauty of nature, the antics of our goats, chickens, rabbits, geese, ducks, and quail, and the charm of downtown Newberg. Our secluded neighborhood offers the perfect area for walking, running, or bike riding, and the wineries of Dundee are so close! Be warned that we live on the edge of the forest. Owls, deer, raccoons, squirrels, possums, and foxes frequent our yard.

Welcome to DARK MODE, the tiny home/pottery studio 2 blocks from adorable Multnomah Village. Find peace in this serene hidden backyard oasis. Unit is 200 square feet plus loft and deck, behind the main house. Features include: - Jetted tub - Sleeping loft (queen) - Pull out bed (full) - Fire pit - Porch swing - Work desk - Cascading water feature - Outdoor dining table No kitchen but has a sink, fridge, microwave, water boiler, and plenty of wonderful food options within a few blocks.

Enjoy a peaceful wine country escape in a modern, comfortable home. It's the perfect place to relax between your adventures. Our home is centrally located within a mile of downtown Newberg near its restaurants and bars. You'll be a 5 to 20 minute drive to the multitude of beautiful wineries Oregon has to offer. If you're into water sports, we're less than a mile to Rodgers Landing park on the Willamette River. At the end of your day, enjoy wine on the patio with a fire pit and cafe lights.

For whatever brings you to Oregon, stay at Mama J’s comfortable, peaceful, safe and convenient spot. Portland is just ten miles away, the closest beaches, Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood are all about an hour, and there are numerous hikes from the forest right down the street to Silver Falls and beyond. Oh yes and the expansive midnight sky with the bright stars twinkling above or the big round moon shining down on you as you sit on the patio in the evening enjoying the night air.
