There are two good sized bedrooms, one bathroom, separate kitchen, living room, and coats cupboard. There is a clothes pulley and plenty of storage areas. There is also a secluded shared garden and clothes line around the back of the property and free parking available on the street outside.

My 2 bedroom ground floor flat is situated in centre of Lerwick overlooking King George V children’s play park and beautiful flower park. There are open views up to Lerwick Town Hall and County Buildings. It is close to all amenities and an ideal base from which to explore Shetland. The self-contained flat is situated at the North end of the main property, above the garage so please be aware that there is a staircase for easy access as it has its own entrance and hallway. You will have access to our own waterfront & jetty so if you have a kayak or small boat you're welcome to use the facility, the garage can be used for the drying area.
