The Riverbank is nestled in an RSPB nature reserve close to the South Downs National Park, and benefits from a wide range of bird and animal life. This unique community is home to around 55 houseboats of all shapes and sizes and is completely unique to the UK. Guests will have exclusive use of our traditional narrowboat, Rhubarb and Custard. With a bus stop right outside, everything you need is within easy reach. KIRA is the perfect base for a memorable stay. Guests have often said its the best Airbnb they've stayed in!

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Located above the award-winning Perch on Lancing Beach restaurant - pop downstairs for an early morning breakfast or bring your coffee back to the balcony to enjoy the view.

Beautifully bright and open plan two bedroom mid-terrace house, with garden in a quiet and friendly street next to Hove Lagoon. On bus route and 5 mins walk from Portslade train station. This is my home day-to-day when not booked by guests. PLEASE NOTE: The property uses a video Ring doorbell. We do not accept bookings from guests with no previous positive reviews.
