Spacious studio apartment overlooking Lake Washington in North Seattle. Private entrance, comfortable king size bed, living area with comfy couch and chair, TV, large 3/4 bath, and kitchenette. Dedicated high speed internet (500mbs). You will feel like you are on vacation staying here! It is a serene and beautiful space. Convenient easy commute to the University of Washington, Downtown, Bothell or Woodinville. This is the lower level of a house, there is parking for one car in the driveway.

We hope you’ll enjoy our delicate and warm furnishing and feel like a royalty on our cozy beds. It also features a private backyard with sofa and BBQ grill. Perfect location to commute to Seattle DT. 2 minutes driving to I-99, Costco, shops, and restaurants. No stair in the unit. It's ideal for the elderly. Huge parking for 2 cars or a RV.

Crow's Nest at the Northend of Lake Washington

The Crow's Nest is a bright, comfortable studio with a 3/4 bath, sitting area, dining area and its own cable TV. It contains a kitchenette with refrigerator and a counter oven for longer stays. It is a private, lockable studio with its own entrance and its own designated off-street parking space. Laundry facilities are available on site. Centrally located with convenient buses a short walk away and easy highway access. Join us in the comforts of home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Lake Forest Cabin

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Cozy lower-level suite in Shoreline w/ movie room

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Conveniently located near I-5 & Hwy 99, the loft sits among large trees in a quiet neighborhood. This home away from home feels like one foot in the city and one in the forest. Fast wifi, kitchen, easy parking, heating & AC. Tuck into the cozy retreat, take a relaxing bath, or unwind by the patio fire while watching chickens in their run. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.

Just 13 miles north of downtown Seattle with good public transportation options within walking distance. Great home base to explore the entire Puget Sound region
