You will have the entire suite to yourself (we live upstairs) which includes a TV, fully furnished kitchen, and access to our beautiful backyard. Our basement guest suite has a private entry with plenty of nearby street parking. 87 walk score!

Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Welcome to our remodeled Edmonds Villa. 20mins from Downtown Seattle , 5 mins away and walkable distance to Historic Downtown Edmonds. This is a northwest living with a palms springs feel. The home sits on an over sized lot with its backyard facing the sound and mountains for wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds private compound. Our property is close to parks with pounds, natural trails, golf court, sports fields, kids playgrounds and more.

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
