A circular staircase from the craftsman's workshop leads to a spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, sitting area, and large territorial view deck. Adjacent is a sleek, sexy shower with tiled built-in bench. A ship's ladder brings you up, up to the private bedroom. From the master bed watch the eagles roost in the trees through your wrap-around windows. This is a true gem! This is a smoke free/vape free home.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.
