Hosts live upstairs on the main level but very private, quiet and require no direct interaction with guests, as everything is self-service!

There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Our parents built this darling 4-season cottage by hand in 1950. Lovingly preserved and recently refreshed, we now want to share our little red cottage on Lake Minnetonka with guests who want to enjoy a calm, relaxing suburban lake getaway. The cottage offers a lot, and yet because we're in a quiet neighborhood and live on the commons, the little red cottage is not a spot for parties, reunions, bigger groups, or people needing boat access.

Coined "The Tree House" by family, friends, and guests we promise your stay will not disappoint! Enjoy one of a kind views of the St. Croix River and River Valley while being just minutes to downtown Hudson, 20 minutes to Stillwater, and 40 minutes to the Twin Cities.
