The Annex, House Severn.

This charming little terrace house , is situated on the banks of the river Severn loop, which is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful town centre of Shrewsbury. I recently redecorated, creating a home from home feel sharing some of my art and pieces from our travels around the world. Coleham has a village feel, which is well catered with local cafe's, butchers, pubs and a convenience store all 100 yards away. I live next door and am available should you need any help during your stay.

Escape to the country! This property featured on the popular TV programme. This spacious one bedroom annex in the village of Ryton has bags of character. It is well-equipped with a quality kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with Wi-Fi and Sky TV. The bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of storage space. The cottage is directly across from Attingham Park, an 18th-century Regency mansion estate set within 200 acres of parkland managed by the National Trust.

For those wanting to explore further, the historic towns of Bridgnorth & Shrewsbury are within easy driving distance, Birmingham too can be reached easily by car or train.

SEVERNSIDE ANNEX

The annexe is situated next to our home with its own private access so you can be completely independent. It’s in the small village of Four Crosses near the England/Wales border and can sleep five people in two bedrooms, one king-size double and one family room comprising three single beds. The ground floor has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio with garden furniture.

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
