The grounds are spectacular and feature 2 firepits (one wood and one gas), an outdoor eating area and of course, a hot tub. The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. Wake up early and try your luck fishing to bring back dinner and cook it over an open fire (restrictions permitting) the opportunities for fun are endless on the Shuswap!

The property is a small farm that is about 5 minutes from Sorrento. There is a level 2 charger available for EVs. The property borders on the Mount Baldie hiking trail
