Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Apartamento tranquilo y nuevo

Encantador apartamento recién reformado para hasta 4 personas. Cuenta con una habitación con cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama para 2 personas. Tiene todos los utensilios básicos para pasar una estancia cómoda y agradable. Está situado en una zona tranquila, donde encontrarás todos los servicios que necesitas a poca distancia. Supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes, taxi... En coche, estás a sólo 10 minutos de la playa El Duque y a 5 minutos del espectacular sendero del "Barranco del infierno".

Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.
