“Shells” is a well-presented self-catering holiday apartment, tastefully decorated and ideally situated just off the seafront, a minute’s easy walk to the sea and to the town centre. The apartment offers an airy lounge, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, shower room and a fully-equipped separate kitchen. Please see "other details" regarding the car parking permit at Manor Road. Please note: As of 13.05.25 - the lift is not working to the 1st floor where the flat is located.

It has been lovingly refurbished and equipped to offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment offers a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, bedroom area with double bed, lounge area with sofa bed, a kitchen and small entrance hall. It is perfect for couples and, with the sofa bed, can sleep up to 4. Dedicated parking space.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

‘Waterside’ sits on the River Lym, originally built in the 1800’s, inspired by France in the busy port trading days of Lyme Regis. This well photographed house commands its place along this notable stretch of water. Completely and beautifully renovated in early 2021. Enjoy views from the middle and top floor overlooking the 17th century Gosling Bridge and the ‘Lynch’ where the waterway divides to service the town mill. 4-minute walk to the beach, artisan shops & high street.

A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.

Safe Harbour is less than a 3 minute walk to the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.
