The Garden Studio is a Detached purpose built contemporary CABIN tucked away in our garden (we can't see you) within about 15 mins level riverside walk through a park to shops, esplanade and the sea. The Bothy @ Turnpike Cottage

Contemporary barn accommodation, ideally located giving easy access to both Sidmouth and Lyme Regis on the A3052. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Self contained apartment with beautiful gardens

**No Cleaning Fees** A delightful completely self-contained bijou little flatlet which is ideal for exploring Exmouth and East Devon. Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

Devon Cottage Annexe near sea, river and moor

Conway Cottage is a 17th century thatched cottage with a large garden in the idyllic village of Otterton, Devon. The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. Parking on drive.

Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront

Our home is a detached 1930s house in a tranquil setting, adjacent to The Byes Riverside Park. It's a delightful, easy walk (15 mins) through the park to the town centre. The twin-bedded room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. It's in a separate part of the house and self contained, with your own entrance. A simple help-yourself breakfast is provided. Free parking. A fridge is provided & fresh milk, tea, coffee & biscuits.

Modern open planned newly refurbished property located within walking distance of Sidmouth Town. 2x spacious double bedrooms, 1x twin bedroom, family bathroom, and open plan kitchen / dining / lounge opening onto decked garden. No single sex groups or stags / hens. We live in a residential area, no noise after 10pm.
