This home is known for its stunning views from the expansive deck and with amazing wildlife viewing. The home is near San Juan County Park for beach access and the iconic Lime Kiln Light House. The owner’s home is located next door, yet separated by two garage structures, leaving a feeling of seclusion.

You can walk from the airport, it is a 2.1 km walk along the paved airport trail. Great access to walking trails, hiking, kayaking, swimming and beach combing. A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk will bring you to the arts and crafts studios, local grocery shops, gas station, realestate offices, insurance, bakery, pizza truck, restaurants, liquor store and the local pub.

This newly renovated studio suite with separate entrance is located in a quiet neighbourhood minutes from the airport and the ferry. The suite is fully furnished along with two outdoor sitting areas to relax and enjoy. The kitchenette includes utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster oven, induction hot plate, dishwasher and full fridge. The shower is wheelchair accessible. There is a private entry and two outdoor sitting areas. Nice hiking trails leave from the suite.
