Notre Cueva Aventura vous propose trois hébergements troglodytes : la Cueva Francesca 1/3 personnes (accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite), la Cueva Lucia 2/5 personnes et la Cueva Emilia 4/7 personnes. La Cueva Francesca (50m2) se compose d'un patio privé et aménagé, d'une pièce de vie (cuisine équipée, canapé creusé, table chaises,tv), d'une grande chambre (1 lit de 180 et 1 lit de 90 ou 3 lits de 90, supplément pour le 3eme lit simple), douche à l'italienne, lavabo, wc. Notre piscine au sel (pas d'allergie, pas d'odeur mais où nous vous remercions pour la stabilité et l’entretien de l’eau de ne pas utiliser de crèmes solaires ) bordée de ses petites cuevas pour abriter votre sieste ainsi que le barbecue et le terrain de pétanque sont à partager. Le tarif comprend le linge de lit (qui est fait à votre arrivée), le linge de toilette, la serviette de piscine, le ménage en fin de séjour et l'électricité. La caractéristique bio-climatique de la grotte la climatise naturellement. Aéroport le plus proche : Grenade, et il est nécessaire d’être véhiculé. Si mauvais temps : Netflix 😉

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! The farmhouse is ideally located near an authentic Spanish village in the Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. The spacious apartment is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. A Large Pool,Table-Tennis and Petanca are on the property.

The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
