Charming House of Character with Heated Pool

If you'd like to discover an authentic part of Malta and at the same time stay in a traditional townhouse full of charm and with a pool then look no further! Our place is located in a quiet street leading to the main square in Paola (Raħal Ġdid) with free parking outside and close to all amenities. Buses going directly to Valletta, the Three Cities and the airport pass frequently close by. The house is just a couple of minutes away on foot from the Hypogeum and the Tarxien Temples. Located in the rural village of Manikata, surrounded by Malta‘s best beaches (Ghajn Tuffieha, Gneijna,Golden and Mellieha Bay) you will reside in this more than 350 year old house of character which has been expertly converted into a true gem that combines modern luxury (Jacuzzi, A/C‘s in both master bedrooms, Siemens appliances,...) with the charme of the old times. This house is approx 300 years old, where old meets new, having traditional floor tiles, stone staircase and wooden beams. It is situated in the lovely village of Rabat only 2mins walk from the old capital city of Mdina, the Roman Villa, Howard Gardens and many other historical places. It is a 1 minute walk away from the main bus terminus and parking area, restaurants and shops. The Sunday market is within walking distance. Although having all amenities nearby,it is a quite pedestrian street.

Santa Margerita Palazzino Apartment

Palatial corner two bedroom apartment (120sq.m/1291sq.f) set on the 1st floor of a 400 year old Palazzino in the historic Grand Harbour town of Cospicua, overlooking Valletta. The building formerly housed one of Malta's first photography studios in the mid 19th century and is beaming with history, natural light, grand features and timeless interior design. The property commands stunning views of the Santa Margerita Church and the scenic gardens, bastion walls and skyline of the 'Three Cities'.

Jasmine Suite

Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!

Ghar Lapsi (bus109) & Blue Grotto (bus201) are the nearest beaches- you can easily take a dip in the clear waters and enjoy views of Filfla.

Valletta, Mdina, Rabat and Mosta are all one bus ride away. Bus stops, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafès are all located within short walking distance. Also the beautiful San Anton Botanical Gardens which form part of the Grandmaster's Presidential Palace are an 8 minute walk away.
