Apartment is 55m2 large, located in half basement floor, there's only one window, therefore it's little dark, but equipped with many lights. Due to location in basement, there's always fresh and cool climate, what's especially comfortable during hot summer days. Kitchen is equipped limited equipment for cooking, only microwave and single stove. Sauna is located in the apartment and can be used for additional charge (15 euro/day) . Heating type is warm floors, what you can adapt your self.

Welcome to our peaceful country retreat in Gauja National Park territory. We offer a beautifully arranged private apartment with a fireplace and a spacious private patio. There are two ponds on the property and direct lake access. You can take the boat out, go on nature hikes around the lake, swim or fish and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The apartment has its own private entrance. We - a family with two children and a cat - live upstairs and are available to help.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der hinteren Hälfte eines Bungalo-Hauses, die Außenanlage ist ein großer Garten mit viel Platz. Das Haus befindet sich im Gauja-Nationalpark, direkt an einer Fahrradstrecke. Nach Sigulda sind es 3km. Die Ostsee mit dem Badeort Saulkrasti erreichen sie nach 40km. Mit dem Zug sind sie in 60 Minuten in der Hauptstadt Riga.
