Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

The Otter Rock Surf Yurt overlooks the Devil's Punchbowl beach and an easy walk to Beverly beach, Mo's West Chowder & Seafood, Flying Dutchman Winery, Pura Vida Surf Shop, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets. The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

The river can flood during the months of November, December, January, and February. We may be able to accommodate a request to stay, but weather may require a short notice cancellation. Fantastic Ocean View, No Cleaning Fee, Cozy Oceanfront Cottage Apt, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Private Balcony, chairs and electric BBQ. Main room has a King Bed with Kitchenette ,Electric Fireplace, Sofa , Peacock TV and dining table. There is a Bathroom with Shower, Bedroom in the back has a Queen Bed and minifridge/freezer. Kitchenette has salt,pepper,oil, utensils,dishes,cookware,mini oven,Instapot,toaster microwave, Minifridge, two burner stove, drip coffee maker.

One level Oceanfront bungalow with spectacular views from the wall of double slider doors. Enjoy the ocean sights and sounds from this updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. Wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer and propane BBQ. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee and prior approval. We are a fully licensed rental and in compliance with local regulations. Nightly rate includes the 12% Lincoln County lodging tax. Airbnb collects the 2% state lodging tax
