Guests enjoy stunning waterfront views from a finished floor height of 36 feet. The Eastern Shore of Virginia is famous for its flat tidewaters, but this property is perched amongst unusual relic Sandhills, complete with pines, gum trees and vast sea and sunset vistas.

Private Beach Access at The OV Beach House

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided. Can accommodate up to 8 people.

Waterfront Cottage w Hot Tub, Kayak, Fishing

Come relax in our delightful waterfront home decorated with classic cottage décor. Sit out on one of the two big screened-in porches, go for a swim in the shallow brackish (mostly fresh) water, take a dip in the hot tub, or throw one of our crab pots in the water and enjoy the spoils of the waters off the Potomac River. Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

The Laughing King Retreat Honeymoon Island Cottage

Honeymoon Island Cottage is an adults-only lodging experience like no other. You and your guest will stay in a charming tiny farmhouse that is located just steps from the Chesapeake Bay on a USDA certified organic farm. Enjoy access to a private saltwater pool, private beach, Chesapeake Bay water access for boating, swimming, paddleboarding, fishing or just soaking, dig for clams, collect wild oysters, or just sit and marvel at the beauty. Rumbley Cottage on the Tangier Sound-Private Beach

Rumbley Cottage, a custom-built home, provides a quiet stay in nature. Views from all windows. Look out at the mouth of the Manokin River at Tangier Sound on one side; wetlands on the other side. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE. Rumbley Cottage is enjoyed year- round with a great fireplace. WE PROVIDE THE FIREWOOD AND STARTERS. Many amenities including Molton Brown toiletries, kayaks, SPBs, bikes, beach equipment; well-stocked kitchen.

We follow CDC recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting the space. One bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) situated above the main house garage w/separate and private access. Includes kitchen & full bath. House is situated on a quiet private beach overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy fishing, swimming, evening bonfires+. Main house accommodates 6+ (separate listing).

"The Little Red Cabin" aka The Galley

Called the "The Galley". This is the first cabin built on the property. Right on the water with views of the Bay and beach. Galley kitchen, bedroom, small bathroom with shower, family room with a fireplace and dining area. Big screened in porch w/ fabulous breezes. Literally, right on the water!!! NO PETS. Parking for 1 car.
