Yours to enjoy, the entire separate top level of our upscale & beautifully updated home with a covered carport, private fenced back yard, including patio area. There's a BBQ & a private balcony overlooking the city with ample onsite parking in a quiet, convenient & safe neighborhood only minutes to downtown Vernon. We are less than a 10 minute walking distance to the hospital & less than a 10 min drive to Okanagan & Kalamalka lakes & 25 min drive to Silver Star & 30 min to Kelowna Int'l Airport.

1 bedroom above ground basement suite with private entry. Spacious living room includes a smart tv and hide-a-bed. Fully equiped kitchen w/ full size fridge, stove and dishwasher. Dining table w/ room for 4. Modern bathroom with newly installed shower. Separate bedroom provides a Queen bed. Free parking with room for 1 vehicle. Amenites include: keyless entry, wifi, lots of movies & board games provided. As this is a basement suite and we live upstairs, you will hear us and our dogs at times.

Featuring a large, well stocked kitchen, living room and lots of storage space. Close to the glistening waters of Kal Lake or drive (25 mins) up to the snow-covered peaks of Silverstar Ski Hill. We have been hosting for over 7 years! Whether you need extra towels or local insights, we're here, ready to assist you during your stay.

Perfect Ski in/out for families-Eagle's Nest

The prime location on Silver star hill for families! Walk out the back door to the top of the Silver Queen lift. From this location you can easily get first tracks on the best runs. Come back after an epic morning of skiing and take the kids on the easier Silver Queen hill where you have beginner skiing, tube town and the skating pond. Relax in the hot tub or sauna after a great ski. It doesn't get any better than this for a family vacation. Hot tub does not run in the summer.
