This beautiful basement suite is close to downtown, beaches, trails, and all amenities. Only 20 minutes to Silverstar! There are new Quartz countertops throughout, and it comes very well stocked. The living room has a comfortable couch, a large tv, books, puzzles, and games. In the master bedroom there is a king bed, walk-in closet, and a 3-piece en suite bathroom. Additionally there is in-suite laundry, another full bathroom, on site driveway parking, a BBQ, and a shed for outdoor gear.

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

Foyer is separated by a door to the studio and holds all your gear. Shared Hot Tub for winter use, during the Silverstar Alpine open dates. Limited hot tub use in the summer. This is a Non Smoking Strata.
