You will love this large, sunny 6 bedroom house overlooking the Orewa Estuary which also backs onto a large reserve that has one of the Coast's best skate parks. There is also an adorable little playhouse to keep the little one’s entertained. SKY, Netflix available too. With only 5 mins flat stroll to the beautiful safe swimming beach of Orewa and only 7 minutes flat walk to the many Bars, Restaurants and shops of Orewa Beach, you will rarely need to use the car. This is location at its best!!

Access to a safe secluded beach ideal for swimming and paddle boarding (paddleboards are provided). Stunning Manly beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The Manly Sailing Club is also located along the beach within walking distance. 7 other beautiful white sand beaches safe for swimming are within a short car or bus ride. The home is within 35 minutes to Auckland City.

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed. We provide sachets of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, but no breakfast food.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
