This lovely 3 bed/2.5 bath plus bonus room is in north Silverdale. It’s located on a modest lot with lots of privacy. The house backs up to a green belt and has an abundance of trees surrounding the subdivision. This house has an updated kitchen and bathrooms with great areas for hanging out with 2 living rooms. Both living rooms have 65” TVs with nice sectional sofas. The kitchen is well appointed and has all necessary utensils and appliances. The bonus area has games and enough beds for 6!

You can walk down to Silverdale waterfront park, dye outlet, old town shops, grocery outlet, restaurants ,coffee shops or Drive a few blocks to YMCA then a little over a mile to shopping mall, or more restaurants, department stores, shops, St. Michael medical center. privacy of each 3 bedrooms in seperate sections with plenty bathrooms. Park like backyard with seasonal creek.

The Carriage House sits up a steep driveway, surrounded by towering Douglas Firs and majestic Maples. Modern and newly renovated, the Carriage House apartment loft is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A panoramic view of the Olympic Mountains will inspire and amaze all those who stay in the Carriage House. Ten minutes to the Seattle ferry, and the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard . A washer(cold water only) and a dryer are in the Cartiage House laundry room.
