African Violet is 10 minutes drive to beaches of your choice, and close to Boulder's penguins, Cape Point, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, wine routes, shops, banks, top restaurants, quaint working-harbours etc There is a private entrance to this apartment. The setting is really special, as the view over the infinity pool, of the ocean is framed by greenery. There is indoor/outdoor living for summer and a fire-place for the chill of winter nights. Off street parking is provided We are here is assist with any queries, plans for the day, restaurant reservations etc. The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to beaches, Boulder's penguins, Cape Point, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, shopping, wine routes, award-winning restaurants, and quaint harbours. Most guests hire a car - but recently more and more are using Uber taxi We are registered with the local paramedics organization who can assist swiftly in any medical emergency.

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. It's cheerful, colourful, and crammed with places to eat and drink really well, pretty inexpensively too. Walking paths take you up the mountain or to the tidal pools and beaches.
